RESOLUTION NO. 4-80 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND MAINTENANCE BOND (NO. 2965793) AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE THE STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALKS, STORM AND SANITARY SEWERS & WATER MAINS INSTALLED IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 SOUTH AS SHOWN ON ELK GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NUMBER 4522-S, DATED OCTOBER 26, 1976. WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond to the Village of Elk Grove Village in the amount of $140,100.00 expiring October 23, 1981 as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As -Built -Engineering Plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section l: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Deed of Conveyance and Maintenance Bond (No. 2965793) for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Plan Number 4522-S, dated October 26, 1976, otherwise described as: Improvements lying in Section 22 South, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Section 2: That this resolution does not include the following: A. Sidewalks on Nerge Road,east of Wisconsin Lane B. Dry detention facilities. Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. We are sub- mitting to the Engineering Department a detailed response, under separate cover, to the punch lists requiring corrective action. In addition we are submitting herewith Quit Claim Deeds for Block 17 - Lot 44 and Block 7 - Lot 71 which are the Park Detention Areas.
