A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTINUATION CERTIFICATES TO SIX SURETY BONDS
FROM INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY - BOND NUMBERS CP 17977
THROUGH CP 17982 IN A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $295,081 .00 TO GUARANTEE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ROUNDTREE COMMONS TOWNHOUSE
DEVELOPMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF HOME AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the acceptance of Continuation Certificates to Six (6) Surety Bonds
from International Fidelity Insurance Company, guaranteeing the construction of
public improvements on Lots I through 11 inclusive, all on the west side of
Home Avenue in the Roundtree Commons Townhouse development. Said Bonds numbered
CP 17977 through CP 17982, as accepted by Resolution No.24-77, dated April 12, 1977
and as extended by Resolution No. 51-79, dated June 26, 1979.
Section 2. That said Continuation Certificates are extended to the 6th day
of October, 1980.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 8th day of January , 1980.
