A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO SIGN A MUTUAL
AGREEMENT TO MODIFY UPPER SALT CREEK WATERSHED WORK PLAN
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village President is hereby authorized to sign
an Agreement with the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago;
Village of Schaumburg; Village of Palatine; State of Illinois, Department of
Transportation, Division of Water Resources; and U. S. Department of
Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service.
Section 2: That this action taken in consideration of commitments
agreed as set forth in a A etter dated December 11, 1979 copies of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
