A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A REVISED PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR UNDER-
GROUND PUBLIC UTILITIES, SEWER, WATER AND DRAINAGE AT THE PAGNI/
GARLISCH SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of
Illinois:
Section l: That approval is hereby given a revised final plat of
easement identified as Plat of Easement for Underground Public
Utilities, Sewer, Water and Drainage located in the Pagni/Garlisch
Subdivision, which subdivision is located north of Higgins Road and
east and west of Lively Boulevard, as extended, being a subdivision
in Section 22, Township 41 North, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village President and Acting Deputy Village Clerk
are hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate,seal.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
