A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY (1.975 ACRES)
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF NERGE ROAD AND ROHLWING ROAD
(S.B.L. TRACT)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize acceptance of the documentation of property legally described on
the attached Exhibit "A", being hereby incorporated by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property
from the tax rolls.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

This deed is executed pursuant to and in the exercise of the power and authority granted to and vested in said trustee by the
terms of said Deed or Deeds in Trust delivered to said Trustee in pursuance of the Trust Agreement above mentioned. This deed is
made subject to the lien of every trust deed or mortgage (if any there be) of record in said county given to secure the payment of
money, and remaining unreleased at the date of the delivery hereof. If the above described Real Estate is registered under the
Torrens System, thrn this deed shall be subject only to the liens, trust dads and mortgages which are shown unreleased on the
