A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN INTERIM MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 2985317 FROM
SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,192.00 GUARANTEEING
THE MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE HAMPTON FARMS SUBDIVISION
COMPLETED IN 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the
acceptance and placing on file of a Interim Maintenance Bond No. 2985317 from
Safeco Insurance Companies which guarantees the maintenance of improvements
completed in 1979 in the Hampton Farms Townhouse Subdivision not previously
brought before the Village Board for formal acceptance. Upon completion of all
public improvements a Two Year Maintenance Bond will be submitted by Centex Homes
Midwest, Inc.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
