A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE A PERFORMANCE BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $18,000.00 FROM TRANSAMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY
GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND WATERMAINS AT
THE FELD TRUCK LEASING COMPANY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village . Counties of Cook and DUPaae. State of Illinois:
Section l : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file of a Performance Bond No. 5272-88-79 in
the amount of $18,000.00 from Transamerica Insurance Company to guarantee
the construction of sidewalks and watermains as indicated on Engineering
Drawings prepared by Sargeant Engineering Company, LTD, and titled Feld Truck
Leasing, Sheet 1 of 1 dated October, 1979 and revised January 3, 1980. Said
work to have a completion date of June 15, 1980 and the Surety' s liability shall
in no case extend beyond four months after completion date.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

of California, with authority to do business in the State of Illinois, as Surety,
are held and firmly bound unto Elk Grove Village, as Obligee, in the penal sum of
EIGHTE y TIIOUS,L.%D :;ND N01100 ($181000.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States,
well and truly to be paid unto said Elk Grove Village for the payment of which we
bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns,
jointly, severally and firmly by these presents.
THE CONDITION OF THE FOREGOING OBLIGATION IS SUCH that whereas the Principal
shall construct and install sidewalks and watermains as indicated on Engineering
Drawings as prepared by Sargeant Engineering Co., Ltd# said Drawings titled "Feld
Truck Leasing Sheet 1 of 111, dated October 1979, with final revision date of
January 3, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, if the Principal shall well and truly,perform said work in
accordance with the above mentioned Drawings, then this obligation to be void;
otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
PROVIDED THAT THE COMPLETION date of such work is June 159 1980 and that the
Surety' s liability shall in no case extend beyond four months after completion date.
IN WITNESS whereof, we have duly signed, sealed and dated the foregoing

SECTION 30. All policies, bonds, undertakings, certificates of Insurance, cove) notes, Iecognizances, contracts of Indemnity,
endorsements, stipulations, waivers, consents of sureties, Ie-mswance acceptances Of agreements, surety and co-surely obligor•
Irons and agreements, undelwnhng undertakings, and all other instruments pertaining to the Insurance business of the Corporation,
shall be validly executed when signed on behalf of the Corporation by the President, any Vice President or by any other officer,
employee, agent or Attorney-m-Fact authorized to so sign by (i) the Board of Directors, (u) the President, (in) any Vice President,
o1 (Iv) any other nelson empowered by the Board of Directors, the President or any Vice President to give such authorization, pro-
vided that all policies of Insurance shall also bear the signature of a Secretary, which may be a facsimile, and unless manually
