RESOLUTION NO. 62-80
A RESOLUTION AMENDING PARAGRAPH 6, PAYMENT
TO FUND OF THE ANNEXATION AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY
ADOPTED AND APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 23-78
(LANCER)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of Cook and
DUPage , Illinois as follows :
Section 1: That Paragraph 6 , Payment to Fund, which
paragraph required three (3) annual payments to be made to
the Village ' s Traffic Signal - Municipal Purpose Fund, the
last of which was to be paid on the 11th day of April, 1980 ,
of the Annexation Agreement dated April 11, 1978 , by and
between the Village of Elk Grove Village and John F. Palumbo
and Esther A. Palumbo and Lancer Corporation, be and the
same is hereby amended to provide that the final payment in
the amount of Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Six and 68/100 Dollars
($5, 666 . 68) be due and payable to the Village of Elk Grove
Village on or before April 11, 1981.
Section 2 : That the remaining provisions of said Annexa-
tion Agreement shall be in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
