A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS SDK
SUBDIVISION NO. 2
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as SDK Subdivision No. 2, being a subdivision in Section(s) 26,
Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are authorized
to sign said plat at such time that the Village Attorney provides the Village
Manager with:
1 . Written approval of the plat as to form and content.
2. Completes the necessary escrow arrangements for the transfer
of Property—
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
