A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A LETTER OF CREDIT AMENDMENT
FROM OLD ORCHARD BANK, GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS IN
THE REGENCY SQUARE DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance of an Irrovocable Letter of Credit Amendment No. 11655, in the
amount of $25,000.00 from Old Orchard Bank, guaranteeing the construction of
sidewalks in the Regency Square Development, located north of Landmeier Road
and East of Section 1 East.
Said amendment extends the expiration date of the original Letter of
Credit adopted by Resolution No. 100-78, from August 1 , 1980 to November 3 ,
1980.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

Our Letter of Credit No. 1165(S) dated August 2, 1978 issued in your
favor for the account of Robert Brodley and Ben Rozansky as general
partners for Regency Square Associates expires August 1 , 1980.
This letter is our endorsement to Letter of Credit No. 1165(5) to extend
the expiration date to November 3, 1980.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This amendment is to be considered as part of the above credit and
must be attached thereto.
