That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the acceptance of a Performance and Completion Bond in the amount of $4,000.00 from National -Ben Franklin Insurance Company of America, guaranteeing that the McLennan General Construction Company will construct sidewalks at Lots 12 and 13 in Frisbie Subdivision (Commerce Drive) , to be completed wholly and entirely by the agreed upon completion date of October 1 , 1981 . If not completed this performance and completion bond to remain in full force and effect. Section 2.
