A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT TO SIGN AN ADDENDUM TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING SERVICES DATED JUNE 27, 1978
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND WARREN & VAN PRAAG , INC.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked Addendum to Agreement, Warren & Van
Pragg, lnc.
, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its 17assage and approval according to lair.

THIS ADDENDUM forms part of the Agreement for Preliminary
Engineering Services dated June 27, 1978, by and between
Warren & Van Praag, Inc. , whose address is 8303 Higgins Road,
Chicago, Illinois 60631 , and the Village of Elk Grove Village:
1. Add paragraph lc to page 3 of 5 of agreement as
follows:
lc. Under no circumstances shall the total fee
due under this agreement for services per-
formed in paragraphs la, Id, If, 2, 3, 5,
and 6 exceed . . . . . . . $106,884.29.
