USHC-59, IN THE AMOUNT OF $367,130.00 GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PARK ORLEANS DEVELOPMENT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois: Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize acceptance and placing on file of Subdivision Bond No.USHC-59 in the amount of $367,130.50, to guarantee the construction of public improvements: Paving, curbing, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, catch basins, headwalls, sidewalks, water mains, and trees in the Park Orleans Development, located north of Biesterfield Road and East of Leicaster Road in the Planned Unit Development, according to plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell Consulting Engineers of Plainview, New York, dated October 3, 1980. Said improvements to be completed by July 30, 1981. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
