A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SUBDIVISION BOND FROM AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL
COMPANIES,BOND NO. USHC-59, IN THE AMOUNT OF $367,130.00 GUARANTEEING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PARK ORLEANS DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
acceptance and placing on file of Subdivision Bond No.USHC-59 in the amount
of $367,130.50, to guarantee the construction of public improvements: Paving,
curbing, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, catch basins, headwalls,
sidewalks, water mains, and trees in the Park Orleans Development, located
north of Biesterfield Road and East of Leicaster Road in the Planned Unit
Development, according to plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell Consulting
Engineers of Plainview, New York, dated October 3, 1980. Said improvements
to be completed by July 30, 1981.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH That, T,=REAS, the above-named Principal has made
application to Village of Elk Grove Village
for approval of paving, curbing, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, catch basins,
headwalls, sidewalks, water main and street trees. Reference is made to plans prepared
by Henderson and Bodwell Consulting Engineers of Plainview. N.Y.. dated
October 3, 1980. Work to be completed by July 30, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, If the said Principal shall well and truly make the aforesaid improvements
in the subdivision as shown on plans and specifications on file with the Village of
Elk Grove Village to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer then this
obligation to be void, otherwise, to remain in full force and effect.

"RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board, the President, or any Vice President be, and hereby is, authorized to appoint Attorneys -in -Fact to
