A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF LOT 5103 LOCATED IN ELK GROVE
VILLAGE SECTION 17, FROM CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST,INC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the acceptance of Lot No. 5103 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, as
legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property from the tax
rolls.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
