A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$18,000.00 FROM TRANSAMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY GUARANTEEING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND WATERMAINS AT THE FELD TRUCK
LEASING COMPANY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby release
a Performance Bond No. 5272-88-79 in the amount of $18,000.00 from Trans-
america Insurance Company which Performance Bond guaranteed the construction
of sidewalks and watermains as indicated on Engineering Drawings prepared by
Sargeant Engineering Company, LTD, and titled Feld Truck Leasing, Sheet 1 of
1 dated October, 1979 and revised January 3, 1980. Said work has been
completed, inspected, and approved by the Engineering Department of the
Village.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
