A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO SIGN GRANT DOCUMENTS
TiO;d, T7,==ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of T"nastees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked, a Resolution Authorizing the
Village Manager to Sign
Grant Documents, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A
REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN
GRANT DOCUMENTS
Whereas, regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency
for grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E,
require that the Village of Elk Grove Village authorize a
representative to sign the grant application forms and supporting
documents; therefore, be it resolved by the Village
of
E! 1, 4rove Villaaethat Charles A. Willis is hereby authorized to
sign all grant application forms and documents pursuant to the Federal
Water Pollution Control Act.
