Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Garlisch Subdivision Unit No. 23
being a subdivision in Section(s) 22 , Township 41
Borth, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a. copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village P_-esident and Village Clerk are hereby
authori-zed to sign said rlat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corrorate seal.
Section 3. That this -resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to lay.
