A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 38-75,
AS AMENDED, BY SUBSTITUTING THEREIN All
AMENDED SITE PLAN (SBL & ASSOCIATES)
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Resolution No. 38-78 , passed
and approved on the 6th day of 1975, authorized and approved an
Annexation Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and
SBL & Associates, which Agreement contained a site plan as an
exhibit thereto; .and
WHEREAS , said Annexation Agreement permitted the amendment
of said site plan at the request of the developer, subject to a
public hearing before the Plan Commission of the Village and formal
approval by the President and Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, SBL & Associates has petitioned for an amendment to
the site plan, and the Plan Commission at a public hearing duly
called and held according to law, considered the question of
amending the site plan originally approved by Resolution No. 38-75;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village , after having reviewed the recommendations
of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best
interests of the village that the site plan as originally approved
by Resolution No. 38-75 be amended by substituting therein an
amended site plan as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page , Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Resolution No. 38-75 , duly passed and approved
on the 6th day of May, 1975, and later amended by Resolution No.
82-75 , be and the same be further amended by substituting therein
an amended site plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2 : The Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the
public records of the Village and to cause such recordation as is
necessary to effectuate the amendment as provided herein.
Section 3 : That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
