A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF EASEMENT IN FRISBIE
SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of Vacation of
Easement located in Frisbie Subdivision, and legally decribed
as follows: The East 10 feet (Except the North 25 feet and
except the the South 15 feet thereof) of Lot 9 and the west 5 feet
(Except the North 25 feet and except the South 15 feet thereof) of
Lot 10, all in Frisbie Subdivision of Part of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto
the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval according to law.
