A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT
OF STAPE SUBDIVISION BUT DIRECTING
THE PRESIDENT AND CLERK TO NOT SIGN
SAME UNTIL CERTAIN SPECIFIED CONDITIONS
ARE SATISFIED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village as follows:
Section 1: That the Plat of the Stape Subdivision, a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, be and is hereby
approved.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk
are hereby directed to not sign said Plat until the financial
arrangements to secure the payment of constructing the required
public improvement in the property subject to said Plat have been
provided and deposited in a form and manner approved, in writing,
by the Village Manager and the Village Attorney.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
