A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the acceptance of the documentation of property legally described
on the attached Exhibit "A", being hereby incorporated by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
Section 2. That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the recording of said Deed and to remove said property from the tax
rolls.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

Lot 1, Block 8 in Winston Grove, Section 21, being a subdivision in the
South half of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded August 22, 1974
as Document Number 22824635 in Cook County, Illinois,
and
Lot 55, Block 2, in Winston Grove Section 21, being a subdivision in the
South Half of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, according to the plat of subdivision recorded August
22, 1974 as Document Number 22824635 in Cook County, Illinois.
