A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN
($1,215.00) DOLLARS FROM STAPE BUILDERS,
INC. FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF LEGAL FEES
EXPENDED BY THE VILLAGE IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SCHMIDT FARM ANNEXATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the acceptance of the amount of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
FIFTEEN ($1,215.00) DOLLARS from Frank R. Stape Builder, Inc. as and
for reimbursement to the Village of legal expenses incurred in con-
nection with the Schmidt Farm Annexation.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
