A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 38-75, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION
NO. 82-75 AND RESOLUTION NO. 6-79, BY SUBSTITUTING THEREIN AN AMENDED
SITE PLAN (SBL & ASSOCIATES)
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, pursuant to Resolution No. 38-75, passed and approved on the 6th day of

may, 1975, authorized and approved an Annexation Agreement between the Village
of Elk Grove Village and SBL & Associates, which Agreement contained a site plan
as an exhibit thereto; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 842, the Elk Grove
Village Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.25 CHANGES IN PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, Paragraph B.
a MINOR CHANGE to a site plan is permitted with the approval of the President and
Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 38-75, duly passed and approved on the 6th
day of May, 1975, and later amended by Resolution No. 82-75 and Resolution No.
6-79 be and the same be further amended by substituting therein an amended site
plan dated May 10, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the public
records of the Village and to cause such recordation as is necessary to effectuate
the amendment as provided herein.
SECTION 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
