A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE EXTENSIONS TO SIX (6) SURETY
BONDS FROM INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY - BOND NUMBERS CP 17977
THROUGH CP 17982 IN A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $295,081.00, TO GUARANTEE THE CONSTRUCTION
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ROUNI)TREE COMMONS TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT ON THE
WEST SIDE OF HOME AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President and Board of Trustees to hereby authorize
the acceptance of extensions to six (6) Surety Bonds from International Fidelity
Insurance Company guaranteeing the construction of public improvements on Lots I through
11 inclusive, all on the west side of Home Avenue in the Roundtree Commons Townhouse
development. Said bonds numbered CP17977 through CP 17982 as accepted by Resolution
No. 24-77, dated April 12, 1977 are hereby extended to the 6th day of October, 1979.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
