A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR UNGERGROUND PUBLIC
UTILITIES, SEWER, WATER AND DRAINAGE AT THE PAGNI/GARLISCH SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section I . That approval is hereby given the final plat of easement identified
as Plat of Easement for Underground Public Utilities, Sewer, Water and
Drainage located in the Pagni/Garlisch Subdivision, north of Higgins Road
and east and west of Lively Boulevard, as extended, being a subdivision in
Section 22, Township 41 North, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the
corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
