A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS
LOCATED IN THE PAGNI/GARLISCH SUBDIVISION (PAGNI DRIVE, LIVELY
BOULEVARD AND GARLISCH DRIVE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That approval is hereby given to a plat of dedication of
public streets, namely Pagni Drive, Lively Boulevard and Garlisch
Drive located in the Pagni/Garlisch Subdivision, north of Higgins
Road and east and west of Lively Boulevard as extended in Section 22,
Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
