A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EXTENSION TO A LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 1181 (s)
FROM OLD ORCHARD BANK GUARANTEEING THE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CURBS
AND GUTTERS ON PERRIE DRIVE AND GROVE STREET IN THE REGENCY SQUARE
DEVELOPMENT LOCATED NORTH OF LANDMEIER ROAD AND EAST OF SECTION 1 EAST
NOU , THEREFORE , BE 1T RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage , Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance of an extension to a Letter of Credit from Old Orchard Bank in
the amount of $8,000.00, guaranteeing the repair and replacement of curbs and
gutters on Perrie Drive and Grove Street in the Regency Square Development
located north of Landmeier Road and East of Section 1 East. Said Letter of
Credit is extended from July 31 , 1979 to July 31 , 1980.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
