A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TREASURER TO SIGN A "SUPPLEMENT
TO RATE 24 CONTRACT" BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND
COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY FOR THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE CONNECTION
AT WELL NO. 13
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That the Village President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize the Village Treasurer to sign a Supplement to rate 24 contract
between the Village of Elk Grove Village and Commonwealth Edison Company
to provide electrical service connection to Well No. 13.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
