A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER
PURPOSES,ALONG STANLEY STREET TO SERVE THE GULLO PROPERTY LOCATED
ON OAKTON STREET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of easement running along
the east side of Stanley Street from Williams Street north to Higgins Road in
unincorporated Elk Grove Township, said easement for water and sewer purposes
to serve the Gullo property located south of Williams Street and north of
Oakton Street, easement located in Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11 ,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President is hereby authorized to sign said
plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
