c. Treasurer- Picha- (report from Finance)- $412,474.99

a. Education Committee:
i. Initial application submitted: N/A

b. Wellness Committee:
i. Dave Johnson to speak, Meeting this past month.
1. Dave Johnson Motion made to use $3,000 line item (“Purchase of
workout clothing” #520100 – Uniforms) for upcoming fitness
challenge incentive/prizes. Second made by chairman Gedutis.
a. Discussion to open workout clothing store this FY. $3,000
will be used to supplement $72 a member allowance if
they reach certain criteria for upcoming fitness challenge.
b. Motion made to vote -Wellness team to use $3,000 for
upcoming wellness challenge out of this FY budget by
chairman Gedutis. Second by Vice chairman Thompson.

1. Lt. Liska still working on project/ logistics needed with cabinets
in way.

A. By Law Draft Discussion
i. Comments and open discussion had regarding draft. Ideas will be sent
to lawyer.
B. Arbitration Agreement Discussion
C. Wrap up FY 25-26 budget ITEMS
D. Cintas
i. Bathroom cleanings will be cancelled ASAP
E. Newspapers
i. Chicago Tribune will be cancelled in 6 months. Will only continue to
purchase Daily Herald.
