AN ORDINANCE UPDATING THE MERIT PAY PLAN AND STEP PAY PLAN OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, Section 1-7-5-B of the Village Code establishes the various pay plans for
certain Village employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1 : That the salary range for merit pay plan positions be amended as set forth on
Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2: That the salary range for step pay plan positions be amended as set forth on
Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
