A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVISED PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize and approve the
revised Village of Elk Grove Village Personnel Rules and Regulations (the "Personnel Rules and
Regulations"), a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: The revised Personnel Rules and Regulations include amendments to certain paid
time off and workers' compensation provisions.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on December 16, 2025 after
its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAY 0 ABSENT: 1
