Loos Construction Company has submitted a Bill of Sale and Maintenance Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 from Safeco Insurance Companies, expiring on October 22, 1981, to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances pertaining thereto; and WHEREAS, the developer has installed all public improvements as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As - Built -Plans; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a Bill of Sale and Maintenance Bond No.2965796 for public improvements as shown on engineering plans prepared by Pearson, Brown and Associates identified as Plan Number 7201, dated February 23, 1972, and otherwise described as C.A. Hodlmair Subdivision. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
