A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF EASEMENT IN CENTEX
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 217
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section I. That approval is hereby given the final plat of Vacation of
easement located in Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 217,
prepared by Gremley and Biedermann, Inc., Land Surveyors
as Drawing No. 774639 Drawing Date: October 28, 1977
being a subdivision in Section 27, Township 41 North, Range
Il, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal,
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 10th day of January 1978.
