A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS ROHLWING
GROVE UNIT NO. 4 AND APPROVAL OF 600 FOOT CUL-DE-SAC AS A DEDICATED
PUBLIC STREET WITH A 68 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE if RLSOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Rohlwing Grove Unit No. 4, including approval of a
600 foot Cul-de-Sac as a dedicated street with a 68 foot Right-
of-Way. Said subdivision being a subdivision in Section 31 ,
Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate sea] .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
