A RESOLUTION RELEASING A MAINTENANCE BOND FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN NEIGHBORHOOD SIX AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 42-76
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section l : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the release of Maintenance Bond No. 2537007 in the amount of $56,000.00 as
required by Resolution No. 42-76 for Neighborhood Six discribed as follows:
Leicester Road (Biesterfield Road to Winston Drive) , Wellington Avenue
Westerfield Road to Leicester Road) , Gloucester Drive (Bisner Road to
Leicester Road) , Fairfield Circle, Stanford Circle, Ruskin Circle, Bradford
Circle, Lakeview Circle, Parkview Circle, Winston Dirve, Ruskin Drive, and
Cosman Road (west side of Winston Drive to Arlington Heights Road) .
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
