A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A MAINTENANCE BOND NO. 2775757 AND GUARANTEEING
THE SANITARY SEWER INSTALLATION IN NEIGHBORHOOD SIX AS SHOWN ON ELK
GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NO. 4300-11 DATED JANUARY 2 1968
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Maintenance Bond in the amount of
$5,000.00 expiring on June 20, 1980, to the Village of Elk Grove Village as
required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all
provisions of any and all ordinance appertaining; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has installed sanitary sewers as required by the
Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted required As-Built
Engineering Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Maintenance Bond No. 2775757 for sanitary sewers as shown on Elk Grove Engineer-
ing Company Plan Number 4300-11 , dated January 2, 1968 and otherwise described
as Neighborhood Six (see Resolution No. 42-76) .
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

KNOW ALL MIN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Centex homes Midwest, Inc. , 415 Creek-
side Drive, Palatine, Illinois as Principal, and the SAFECO IIISURANCE COMPANY
OF AMERICA, a cornoration organized under the laws of the State of Washington,
and authorized to transact the business of surety in the State of Illinois as
Surety, are held and firmly bound unto Village of Elk Grove, Illinois in the
just and full sum of Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) , for which
sum, well and truly to be paid, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, adminis-
trators, successors and assiqns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 20th day of June, 1978.
THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS S[JCH, That, W=AS, the above bounded
principal has been unable to obtain acceptance of sanitary sewage systems in sub-
division known as Neighborhood 6 in the Village of Elk Grove Village, Illinois
due to excessive infiltration;
and, whereas said acceptance is being conditioned upon the oonpletion of the
necessary corrective work on said sanitary sewer systems in said subdivision
within a period of two years cormencinq on June 20, 1978.
Now therefore, the condition of this obligation is such that if the above
bounded principal shall well and truly and in Cpod sufficient and workmanlike
manner perform or cause to be performed the corrective work on said sanitary
sewer systems, then this obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full
force and effect.
