A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT LOCATED AT WELL #12
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of easement for
public utilities and drainage located at Well Site No. 12,
south of Biesterfield Road and west of Meacham Road in Section 36,
Township 41 north, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3• That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
