HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 80-78 - 10/10/1978 - PARKVIEW HEIGHTS/CONVEY LOT FOR STREET RESOLUTION NO. 80-78 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept the documentation of property legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" being incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said Deeds and to remove said property from the tax rolls. Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 10th day of October , 1978.
