A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF TWO PLATS OF EASEMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER
AT THE WINDY CITY GARDENS SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given to two plats of easement for
water and sewer lines for the Windy City Gardens Subdivision, being a
subdivision in Section 32, Township 41 North, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, copies of which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plats for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto
the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to .law.
