A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF TWO PLATS OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREETS ,
GROVE DRIVE AND PERRIE DRIVE IN THE REGENCY SQUARE DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1 . That approvals is hereby given two plats of dedication for
public streets, Perrie Drive and Grove Drive in the Regency Square
Development located East of Section 1 East and north of Landmeier Road.
Said dedicated streets located in Section 27, Township 41 North, Range
11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
