A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES TO
JAMES D'ORIO AND TO THE HERMITAGE RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, James D'Orio of Bensenville, Illinois, and the owners of
the Hermitage Restaurant of Bensenville, Illinois, have requested a
sewer connection to the Village sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees, after having
considered the request of said property owners, find and believe that
it is possible to offer sewer service to said property owners at the
rates hereafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois , as follows :
Section 1: That the Hermitage Restaurant, Bensenville, Illinois,
and James D'Orio of Bensenville, Illinois, be allowed to connect their
respective properties to the Elk Grove Village sewage system and pursuant
to Section 22A.604 of the Municipal Code, said property owners shall pay
the following prescribed rates:

3rd 12 months $ 6,000. 00 $ 500. 00
4th 12 months $12, 000. 00 $1 ,000 . 00
Succeeding months, but not
to exceed six years $24 ,000 . 00 $2 ,000 . 00
Section 2 : That said connection shall be permitted for a period
of not to exceed six (6) years , and that thereafter the Village shall
have the right to disconnect after having given the owners of the
respective property thirty (30) day notice by registered mail.
Section 3 : The payment as set forth above shall be made either on
an annual basis prior to the commencement of the rendered services, or
on a monthly basis , or on such other time basis as the Village through
its Finance Department deems advisable.
Section 4 : That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and approval and after the owners of the respective
properties have signed a certified copy of this Resolution indicating
their acceptance to the terms contained herein. If any owner shall
fail to accept the terms of this Resolution, then the terms of this
Resolution as to them shall be deemed null and void and no sewer
service shall be rendered to said property thereafter.
