AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR FOOD PROCESSING
AND WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2200 ELMHURST

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a public
hearing duly held, considered the granting of a Special Use Permit to Halmat Nanakaliy of
Kebab Erbil for a special use permit to allow food processing and wholesale distribution in the
I-2 Industrial District for the property located at 2200 Elmhurst Road, Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees believe that it is in the best interest of the
Village to grant the Special Use Permit as recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That pursuant to Public Hearing and recommendation and finding of the Plan
Commission, the Village hereby grants a Special Use Permit to operate food processing and
wholesale distribution in the I-2 Industrial District for the property located at 2200 Elmhurst
Road, Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish this ordinance in pamphlet
form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet from according to law.
