A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND BILL OF SALE OF
APPROXIMATELY 2400 FEET OF SEWER AND WATER LINE FROM JET DIE CASTING
CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH A PLAN APPROVED BY THE VILLAGE BOARD
MARCH 9. 1976
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, did, at the regular meeting of March 9, 1976, approve a plan*relating
to water and sewer lines installed by Jet Die Casting Company; and
WHEREAS, Jet Die Casting Company has approved said plan and conveyed to
the Village of Elk Grove Village said water and sewer lines by a Deed of
Conveyance and Bill of Sale.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Deed of Conveyance and Bill of Sale from Jet Die Casting Company for the following:
Water Utility
2,362 feet of 12 inch water main and including valves and hydrants
thereon.
Sanitary Sewer Utility
705 feet of 10 inch sewer line,
1580 feet of 4 inch force main, and including manholes thereon
One 100 gallon per minute sewage lift station.
All as enumerated in and shown on As -Built Engineering Plans Number 63-138 prepared
by E.N. Fletcher, Engineer and dated July 2, 1965.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT
AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD ON MARCH 9, 1976.
It was moved by Trustee Kenna and seconded by Trustee Vanderweel that the Board
authorize the Village Manager to proceed on the request of Donald J. Parus of
the S. A. Healy Company to connect to Village water and sewer lines at the north-
east corner of Elmhurst Road and Riemer Road provided that the following condi-
tions are met:
1. The Jet Die Casting Company will agree to donate the 1966 lines to the
Village without further interest in recapturing funds from parties
other than the S. A. Healy Company and Northern Illinois Gas Company;
2. S. A. Healy Company furnishes evidence that the Jet Die Casting Company
has given permission to connect to the existing utilities;
3. S. A. Healy Company agrees to donate the extensions to the Village upon
completion of construction along with a 2 -year maintenance bond: .
4. S. A. Healy Company agrees to permit the Northern Illinois Gas Company
to use the proposed extended lines.
5. Northern Illinois Gas Company presents evidence that the Jet Die Casting
Company has given permission to use the existing utilities.
The President directed the Clerk to call the roll on the motion and upon the
roll being called the following answered AYE: Trustees Staddler, Tosto,
Vanderweel, Chernick, Kenna, Spees; NAY: none; ABSENT: none; whereupon the
President declared the motion carried.

TO HAVE AND TO MOLD all of the property hereby granted, bargained, sold,
transferred, set over, assigned, conveyed, and delivered unto the Village,
its successors and assigns, to and for its own use forever.
AND the company does hereby covenant with the Village that it is the
layful owner of and has good and marketable title to said properties hereby
granted, bargained, sold, transferred, set over, assigned, conveyed and
delivaccd, that said property is free from all encumbrances; that the
Company has good right to sell the salve as aforesaid that it will warrant
and defend said property against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
This conveyance is made by the Company pursuant to a resolution duly
adopted by its Board of Directors.
