A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER
AND FORCE MAIN IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION ZZ NORTH AND SOUTH
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of easement for
sanitary sewer and force main in Winston Grove Section 22
North and South, identified as Plat of Easement, prepared
by Gremley & Biedermann, inc. , Land Surveyors, as Drawing
No. 764887 on December 17, 1976, said easement located in
Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate sea] .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
