A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING .A 1 ,000 GPM DEEP WELL, I .OMG RESERVOIR,
PUMPING STATION AND CONTROLS IN LIEU OF CONNECTION CHARGES FOR
THE ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village by Ordinance No. 1102, passed
October 26, 1976, did establish amended connection charges for property
hereafter requiring a connection with the Village water system; said property
annexed by Ordinance No. 599 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have retained the right
to accept personal property contributions to the water system when said
contributions are equal to or greater than the estimated future connection
charges to be assessed to any property desiring such a connection in the
future; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the Elk Grove Industrial Park have previously
donated to the Village a 1 ,000 GPM deep well , I .OMG reservoir, pumping
station and controls with an estimated value of $750,000.00;and
WHEREAS the amount of the estimated connection charges which could be
assessed to the remaining undeveloped 42 acres of said Elk Grove Industrial
Park is $27,300.00:
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois as
follows:
Section 1 : That In consideration of the donation of a 1 ,000 GPM deep
well , I .OMG reservoir, a pumping station and controls, heretofore conveyed
to the Village of Elk Grove Village, the remaining undeveloped land in the
Elk Grove Industrial Park is hereby proclaimed to be exempt from any and all
connection charges which would have been incurred due to connection to the
Village water system.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

WHEREAS, written petitions have been filed with
the Village Cl.ork of the Village of Elk Grove Village by
Wheaten National Dark, as Trustee under Trust No. 1333, Wallace
Foesche and Evelyn Boosche, his wife, Marie D. Schulze,_ Harold
W. Schulze and Lydia A. Schulze, his wife, Owners of record of:
the hereinafter described land and territory, for annexation to
the Village of Elk Grove Village; and
WIIL•'REAS, said land and territory is not within the
corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the
Village of Elk Grovc Village; has six (u) electors residing
thereon, namely Gcorge J. Theis, Wallace Boesche and Evelyn
Doesche, his wife, Marie 1I. Schulze, Harold W. Schulze and
Lydia A. Schulze, his, wife, ono have joined in said petition ;
and

did authorize the President and Village Clerk to jecute a pre-
annexation agreement, which agreement- did in fact provide for the
annexation of the hereinafter described property to the Village
of Elk Crove Village; and
WHEREAS, said petitions are under oath and in all respects
conply with the requirements of the Statutes in such cases made and
provided; and
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Woodale Rural Fire Pro-
tection District have been fully notified, in accordance with the
Statutes, of the intent of the Village to annex the property; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cool: and Du Page, Illinois,
have examined said petitions and believe it to be to the best
interest of said Village that said lard and territory be anne::ed
thereto:

which territory is contiguous to the Village of Elk Grove
Vi.l.lage, is not within the limits of any municipality, contains
six (6) electors vino have joined with the record owners in a
petition for anne.,ation and vihich land is noL presently in any
incorporated municipality, be and the same is hereby anne:;cd to
the Village of Ell: Grove Village, so that hereafter said ter-
ritory shall. be included v.ithin the boundary li.ncs and limits
of said Village, as is by law in such case made and provided.
Section 2 : That the Village Clerk of the Village of.
Elk Grove Village is hereby directed to record a certified copy
