A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EXTENSION TO SAFECO PERFORMANCE BOND
NO. 2437040 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,259,300 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES, INC. TO GUARANTEE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file of an extension to Performance Bond No.
2437040 in the amount of $1,259,300.00 from Safeco Insurance Companies to
guarantee the construction of public improvements, streets and sanitary and
storm sewers, water mains, retention pond, public sidewalks, street lights,
street name signs, and parkway trees, in Winston Grove Subdivision Section 21,
said Performance Bond extended to December 31, 1977.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 22nd day of February , 1977.
