A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR UNDERGROUND PUBLIC
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE LOCATED IN THE FRISBIE SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a Plat of Easement for under-
ground public utilities and drainage over, under and upon the
east five feet of Lot 2; the west ten feet of Lot 3; the east
five feet of Lot 6; the west 10 feet of Lot 7; the east ten feet
of Lot 9; the west five feet of Lot 10; also a perpetual easement
for public street purposes is created over, under and upon that
part of Lot 12. All being in Frisbie Subdivision located in Section
26, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
