BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
Phase I and II engineering for improvements to Tonne Road. The scope of the project includes full pavement
reconstruction, curb and sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp upgrades, shared -use path, lighting, full storm sewer
and water main replacement, and signal/intersection modifications.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of One Million Four Hundred Forty -Five Thousand Two Hundred Eight
and 27/100
Dollars (
$1,445,208.27 ) for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four (4) certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
