Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on January 9. 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Mayor shared that the plan for the Senior Low Income Housing at 750 S. Arlington Heights
Road is still in progress. It is anticipated that the housing will be compromised of 2 story
buildings with 25-30 units which will face the back of the shopping center with parking in the
front to avoid parking by residential homes. There will be one (1) parking spot per unit. The
Mayor shared that the developer is working on preparing the site plan and elevations for review
by the Board. The Mayor shared that the developer is not asking for any financial assistance,
except perhaps with the waiver of permit fees, and is aware the purchase price for the land would
be $300,000.
